We were guided by references from key market players and also worked on a mood board with the client. We focused on Timeless Design, Responsive and Mobile-Friendly elements, User-Friendly Navigation, CMS, and integrations to solve this.
Provide a re-design for an existing website focused on B2B clients from the Finance industry
We provided a timeless design creating modern, minimalistic, and clear UX/UI. We added simple animations to make it dynamic and help users to understand the product.
The new version of the website had to be built on the Webflow platform like the previous one

Our kick-off meeting purpose was to meet the client, identify their pain points and needs, and gather requirements for the future project.

The CEO of the ive.one project came to us with a problem he had been facing for quite some time. The corporate website for his product was developed by his internal company. Unsatisfied with the results, the CEO requested a re-design each year, which often meant a new development for an updated platform. This ordeal became too bothersome and frustrating, so he took matters into his own hands and started hunting for an outsourcing company. That’s how we came into contact. 

Our client expressed a goal of creating a website that will successfully serve its purpose for at least 2-3 years while staying relevant and without the need for another untimely re-design. The ive.one’s CEO came to us with a clear vision of his company's strategy, as well as marketing and sales campaigns. He clearly imagined what ive.one’s ICP was, and that led to a certain idea for the future website. 

The client brought us his vision, but aside from that, he had the website folders structure ready, as well as analytics and keywords for the site’s SEO optimization. The main point was his clear understanding, of what his client would want from the website, and what we should avoid.

The request we received was for a website with a clear focus in terms of ICP — B2B companies. The main fear here lies in creating a boring, tedious website, like many others in the industry. Our client wanted an engaging, cool platform that would provide quality content for users. The animation Phong Dao asked us to incorporate should have been simple but appropriate. A random rocket flying around an abstract element wouldn’t do — animations should have been illustrative and serve the purpose of helping B2B clients to identify themselves.

UX/UI design

The next step in the redesign website case study involved creating a user experience and user interface design that would stand out and solves the problems we needed. Our experienced designer created wireframes and mockups that reflected the client’s vision and would appeal to the target audience. 

To ensure a cohesive visual style that corresponds to the client’s taste, we created mood boards that capture the website's desired clean and modern aesthetic. These mood boards guided the selection of color palettes, typography, and other visual elements.

We've built interactive prototypes to provide a tangible representation of the design. These prototypes allowed us to navigate through the website's key pages and experience the user interface firsthand. The feedback during this stage was invaluable in shaping the final design before moving on to the next phase.

Based on the approval, we proceeded with creating the final UX UI design for enterprise software. This involved refining the visual elements, incorporating the brand assets, and ensuring a seamless user interface across all pages. We’ve built the website based on the sitemap our client provided, which includes 10 pages, with 3 of them being product pages.

We incorporate animations per the client’s request to enhance the visual appeal and user engagement. Focusing on simplicity and cleanliness, we integrated the animations into the design. These elements were designed to complement the content and provide an interactive experience without overwhelming the users.
